A Couple Days Late And Always A Dollar Short

Sunday Stills this past week was Faces. Can't pass that one up...even if it's well past Sunday.

PPPP (Popcorn PeePee Pants)

Petunia

Beanie Baby

Crazy Maisie and her big teefers.

One of my all-time favorite chickens.

One of the all-time greatest sheep faces - B. Willard.

Emily and Casper Belly

The cool hair club.

Woolliam

"Why yes, I do have cool hair."

Keebs.  Nobody sleeps cuter.

Cute Buddy...who seems to be perpetually walking through life with un-cool hair and toilet paper stuck to his shoe (or a piece of straw stuck to his nose ;-).

Great captures! Petunia is a classic!
And Keebler still has those beautiful white eyelashes!
I have sheep envy!

What a great collection of face shots. It's impressive that you can get such good shots without them either running away or coming straight up to check out the camera. I always get a lot of backs and a lot of nose shots. ;)

I've been looking for a blog with great sheep faces on it, and here I am, straight from Linda's Colarado blog. So I'm sitting here, drawing some sheep smiles for the farmyard quilt that I'm stitching for the new grandchild. Your sheep smiles are just perfect! Thank you.

Work to your advantage/set yourself up to succeed taking pictures. If you think about it (or look back), most of my sheep shots are while they are eating or sleeping ;-).

When I see the dudes with the cool hair, Bob Marley starts singing in my head. "One, love, one life, let's get together and feel alllllllll right!"

sophy has it right :) But those faces are just wonderful esp the teefers one :) B Willard...wonderful fleece and face. Love seeing all the horns.

Oh, B. Willard, you take the cake. I still think I could flip you into my lap and cuddle you. At my own peril.

Loved this post! No wonder sheep have been shown to be so good a recognising faces, both human and sheep ones. They have such distinctive faces themselves!

B Willard could have been the model for the Far Side Cartoon Sheep! What an awesome look he has!

Here's a link to B. Willard as a lamb. Speaking of Far Side :-D.
