"This weather..."

Updated at noon: Hmmm - three times now I've put up a crabby post about the weather and three times the sun has come out almost immediately to taunt me.  Hey, whatever it takes ;-D.

My goodness! What an immensely photogenic sheep! I am with you on the grey, cloudy days. It's almost alarming when the sun comes out!

I just love his face.

Made me laugh out loud! Totally sums it up. Gray and spitting snow here. So dreary the cars going by have their headlights on. Here's to a change in the weather. Almost ANYthing would be a nice change.

We had sun and 42 today, and we are plunging for the rest of the week, down to 4 above tomorrow night. UGH. Winter is really upon us!

It's swampy enough in the Low Country as it is. Please keep posting those photos. Sun would be lovely.

Hahahaha. As long as the polar vortexes stay away I'm happy.

Excellent shot, Sara! I love the Count! I'd try to send you some sunshine, but it's currently -6 But the snow has quit! It's beautiful outside :-) If the sun shines, I'll send it your way.

Oh I've missed your sheep. I took off working at the farm this morning. I am getting sooooo caught up on visiting my friends :)

Love the tongue sticking out........ No telling what he'd 'say' at -2 this AM with wind chill, probably not repeatable!!

Is that a tongue I see? Too funny. I guess I would be a bit cranky at below freezing too. Wonderful photos.

Tried to post a comment yesterday and got frustrated when the posting/verification process ate my comment twice!

So, I am now typing on my notepad and will cut and paste in the comment box. Wanted to say that these are likely two of my all-time favorite Punkin’s Patch-blog pictures. Count Chocula is such a handsome sheepie! Gorgeous colors and texture on that boy’s face and neck. I am sure it was not easy to capture it in a shot, which is a testament what a great photographer you are!:-)

They are such HAPPY and CONTENT sheep!!

Try just leaving the word verification blank and just hit "publish". Has worked for me on several blog posts lately. Hopefully not a loop hole that they are going to catch and "fix".

These shots of Count Chocula are amazing! They remind me of a pic you took of him during the summer; I seem to recall it was just his head (I think?). He is so handsome! I wish I could send you some of our sunshine; it's 25 degrees here in the Portland (OR) area, which is quite chilly for us.
